Born and raised in Hong Kong, Charlene Dawes is the Managing Director and Owner of Tastings Group Limited, managing five specialty bars & restaurants in the Central district, Hong Kong. Charlene completed her Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET) Level 3 certification in 2011 and continues to enhance her wine and spirit knowledge through working in the industry and traveling to wine regions and distilleries around the world.
