Tassy is a director and executive sommelier for a group that owns several Michelin-starred restaurants in Osaka, Japan. Raised in New Jersey and has worked in Osaka, Tokyo, and Paris as a sommelier. In addition to serving as the Japan Ambassador for Star Wine List, also an educator not only in Japan but also across Asia, and a creator of international and diverse wine lists and food pairings.
