Born in Lons le Saunier in the area of Jura, France, Arnaud Bardary MS has been working for Black Sheep Restaurants in Hong Kong as the Group Sommelier since 2017. His grandfather and uncle were winemakers under the iconic appellation Chateau Chalon – some of his fondest teenage memories includes bottling and tasting sessions of a 1875 Chateau Chalon.
