Celine Jung is Co-Head Sommelier of bYU Wine Lounge and an Advanced Sommelier with the Court of Master Sommeliers. Originally from South Korea and now based in Singapore, she has built a distinguished career crafting bespoke wine experiences, hospitality, and membership programs. Formerly Wine Director of Park90 Group, she also held leadership roles at The Ritz-Carlton Seoul and Le Méridien Seoul. Her accolades include Best Sommelier of French Wine Singapore 2020 and Best Sommelier in Singapore 2023.
