Davy Leung is an independent Wine Educator, Sommelier and F&B Consultant for private kitchens and groups in Hong Kong and Australia. With his extensive wine industry experience, he makes every endeavor to provide consultations to corporates and business schools in both Hong Kong and Greater China. Davy is a WSET Diploma holder and Certified Wine Educator(CWE); Italian Wine Ambassador & Educator by Vinitaly International Academy; a Certified Specialist of Wine & Spirits; Certified Spanish Wine Educator, Wines of Portugal Ambassador, KEC Koshu Expert and Capstone Californian Wine Level 3. With his continuous contribution in the wine industry, Davy holds the Chair of the Society of Wine Educator Hong Kong Chapter since 2017.
