Harnil, an Indian Sommelier based in Hong Kong, serves as the Associate Director of Wine at Black Sheep Restaurants and brings extensive expertise to the HKIWSC judging panel. As one of the youngest and few Advanced Sommeliers from India, he also holds the ASI Sommelier Diploma (Gold) and the French Wine Scholar Diploma. In recognition of his achievements, he was named one of the Rising Stars of the Sommellerie World by ASI in 2025. He earned an MBA in Wine & Spirits Business from the Burgundy School of Business and is currently working toward the Master Sommelier Certification.
