As co-owner of Shenzhen’s Double Coffee Bar and an accomplished Beer Sensory Educator, she dedicates herself to deepening flavor appreciation for both casual drinkers and seasoned professionals.

A BJCP Certified Judge and Cicerone Certified Beer Server, Kaihua has evaluated entries at over 30 craft beer competitions across the continent—an extensive judging career that earned her a spot among the BJCP Top 100 Judges by Points in 2025. Whether in the classroom, behind the bar, or at the judging table, Kaihua is passionate about building bridges in the regional beverage community and advancing the culture of craft beer.
