He has worked in Germany, Ecuador, China and Hong Kong, leading award-winning beverage programs and wine initiatives. A wine judge and organizer of the Hong Kong Whisky Festival, Lars is passionate about beverage education, food pairing, and promoting the diversity of emerging wine regions, particularly Chinese wines.
