Matt is currently the Principal Educator at Sommelier Education Centre, the fastest-growing wine and sake education provider in Hong Kong. Being an enthusiastic and acquainted wine and sake lover, he has been teaching for years at all levels. Matt became a Certified Educator of WSET after obtaining the Level 4 Diploma. He is also a Certified Sommelier of CMS, Certified Specialist of Wine of SWE, French Wine Scholar of Wine Scholar Guild, a holder of Level 3 Awards in Sake of WSET, Certified Sake Sommelier of SSA, and International Kikisake-Shi of SSI. Matt is now a student of Master of Wine.
