Oscar Man Cheng Ho is a Lecturer at the Faculty of Innovative Hospitality Management, Macao University of Tourism (UTM), and Chairperson of the Macau Sommelier Association. A holder of the WSET Level 4 Diploma in Wines and a WSET Certified Educator, he specializes in wine education and professional training. He is a frequent wine judge, keynote speaker, and masterclass host at regional wine competitions, trade exhibitions, and industry events. Oscar also coaches UTM students for international wine competitions, including the Left Bank Bordeaux Cup, where his teams have achieved notable success against leading universities across Asia. Through his teaching, coaching, and industry engagement, he actively contributes to the advancement of wine education and wine culture in Macao and the Greater Bay Area.
