Patrick Gatherer is the General Manager of The Globe, Hong Kong’s oldest and most iconic British pub, where he has played a vital role in preserving and strengthening the city’s pub culture. Raised in Hong Kong, Patrick began his journey with The Globe in 2005 as a bartender under then-owner Toby Cooper. Over the years, he has worked at the pub across three different tenures, eventually becoming its general manager and an integral part of its legacy.

Under Patrick’s leadership, The Globe has become a cornerstone of Hong Kong's drinking scene, offering a wide selection of draught beers, ciders, and British pub classics. The pub also supports local breweries by featuring their beers on its guest tap list.
