Wilson is a WSET Beer Educator and a BJCP National Judge . He started his craft beer journey as a homebrewer and strongly believes in brewing to understand beer styles. Since 2017, he has judged beer competitions across the APAC region. Wilson co-founded Beer Geeks Generation to promote craft beer appreciation in Hong Kong and launched the Hidden Gem Beer brand. He has also served as a BJCP tasting exam proctor and as the editor of the beer column for Malt & Spirits Magazine.
